The goal of this project was to design a visually compelling poster that communicates a single, clear message about a social, environmental, political, or cultural issue.
This poster is centered around nutrition and aims to empower people to make healthy food choices by showing how food doesn't have to be complicated. Choosing real, natural foods is one of the most straightforward healthy choices a person can make and can be integrated into anyone's eating habits.
